Black, White and Blue Bermuda Jeans

I made these cool Bermuda Jeans. The pattern comes from Ottobre Magazine nr. 3, 2007 and was made in size 104. The base colour of the Bermuda Jeans is Denim Blue. The pockets and front of the Bermuda Jeans are made from black and white Jeans fabric. All seams are stitched with black yarn. The Bermuda Jeans has a fake zipper and elastic in the waiste band.

Red, Black and White Jeans

I made these Jeans for my son Jorn. The pattern comes from Ottobre magazine nr. 6, 2010 and are made in size 134.
The Jeans is made from a black Jeans fabric with a red inside colour. All seams are stitched with red, grey or white yarn. The backpockets are decorated with small pleats. The front of the Jeans are decorated with knee-pads and lowered front pockets that are part of the zipper. Instead of a zipper I made it close with snap fasteners. I sewed special elastic with button holes in the waisteband. This way the Jeans can easily be adjusted into a slimmer fit.

Jeans with Kneepads

Why do children always grow that fast? All of Jorn his Jeans were to short. So I had to make some new ones. The pattern for this Jeans comes from Ottobre magazine nr. 6, 2010. The jeans was made in size 134. I made some additional kneepads. After a while he always seems to rip the jeans at the knee area. I thought I'd fix this problem by adding kneepads. It's easier than sewing them on later to repair a hole. All seams are stitched with three different colours of blue. Light blue, aqua blue and cobalt blue. The jeans has a zipper and buttonhole elastic in the waisteband. Very convenient for slim boys like Jorn.

Black Bermuda Jeans

These black bermuda Jeans were also made in the warm spring period at the beginning of this year. The bermuda is made out of a black Jeans fabric. The black fabric also has a trace of red and white in it. That's why I chose red stitches in combination with grey and offwhite stitches. They match the fabric but they also stand out from the fabric. The pattern comes from Ottobre magazine and was made in size 104.

Bermuda Jeans with Car Applications

A nice bermuda for the nice weather last april. I had some leftover Jeans fabric. I also found some car appliccations. I matched the yarn colours with the colours of the applications. The result is very bright and colourfull. The bermuda has front pockets, side pockets and back pockets. The pattern comes from the Dutch magazine "Knippie" and was made in size 104.

Purple Bermuda

With the warm weather last april I needed some shorts for my sons and I needed them fast. So I looked in my fabric stock pile. This nice purple cotton fabric was perfect for a pair of shorts. The bermuda is pretty simple. With two pockets on the front side and two pockets on the backside. All seams are stitched with a purple coloured yarn. With elastic in the waiste band the shorts are easy to pull on and off. The pattern comes from Ottobre magazine and was made in size 134.
