Jeans

A while ago I made jeans trousers for my eldest son. All seams are stitched with either red or denimblue yarn. The jeans has front pockets, backpockets and side pockets. All pockets have flaps that close with a snap fastener. The flap for the back pockets is processed into the seam on the backside of the jeans. The jeans has a fake zipper and elastic in the waisteband.

Black Ribcord Trousers

Not so long ago I made these black ribcord trousers. The trousers are size 98. All seams are stitched with red yarn. The front legs have an extra layer of fabric. The opening of the front pockets are part of this extra layer of fabric. The inside of this curved 'flap' is lined with a cotton fabric with black and grey squares. This same fabric is used to line the inside of the front pockets, the inside of the back pockets and the seams at the bottom of the legs.

Green jeans

Last winter I also made these green jeans. The jeans are size 92. The inside of the pockets is made of a cotton fabric with green and brown squares. This same fabric was used to make the piping above the knees and on de backpockets. There is a pleat at knee-height. The familiar details like the fake zipper and elastic in te waisteband are of course present.
